Our Muscat is a musky, melodious, melon-like mediation on minerality. Powerfully aromatic, with a bracingly clean acidity, the wine is just slightly off-dry. Happily, sitting just below the initial waft of jasmine and musk melon resides a host of spice, botanical and stony notes to color and filigree the muscat perfume. The combination of all these elements - the perfume, the very modest sweetness, the botanical notes - yields a superb element to piquant, highly seasoned cuisine. So while brilliant as an aperitif, this muscat will never fear to tread where chili peppers, ginger, cumin, curry leaf or cardamom lie.
